These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of our services between you (the "Purchaser") and Carbarn LLC, a Japan-based company ("Carbarn", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a vehicle through the Carbarn Tanzania website, you agree to these terms.
Carbarn Tanzania is not a legal entity in Tanzania—we operate internationally from Japan under Carbarn LLC.
• Carbarn LLC is a Japan-based vehicle exporter.
• All transactions, vehicle ownership, and documentation originate from Japan.
• We do not engage in local sales, vehicle registration, or after-arrival services.
• Our liability ends upon delivery at the designated export port.
• All purchases are made under Japanese law.
• Any disputes shall be resolved only under the jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
• All vehicles are inspected in Japan before shipment.
• We provide auction sheets, inspection reports, Bill of Lading, and invoices.
• Vehicles are sold 'as-is' with full transparency.
• Post-arrival inspections are the customer's responsibility.
• Vehicles are shipped via RoRo or container through the designated port.
• Estimated delivery time: 6–8 weeks from payment confirmation.
• Shipping schedules may vary.
• Shipping insurance is managed by third-party shipping agents.
• 100% payment must be completed before shipment.
• We accept USD or JPY via secure bank transfer.
• Exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges are borne by the Purchaser.
• Shipment begins after payment confirmation.
• All customs clearance, import duties, and registration are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
• Carbarn does not handle clearance but may provide general advice.
• Orders may be cancelled only before shipment and subject to supplier approval.
• No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the vehicle is shipped.
• Carbarn is not responsible for delays or losses after shipping.
• We are not liable for customs issues or third-party errors.
• All vehicles are exported at the buyer’s risk after handover to shipping.
• We only collect necessary customer information.

This Agreement is governed by Japanese law. All legal matters will be settled in Japanese courts.
